Effective as of 1 January 2008, changes into the Ukrainian tax laws were introduced. We note that according to the Final Provisions of the State Budget Law, the said changes shall also be effective until 31 December 2008. 3 1 січня 2008 року набув чинності прийнятий Верховною Радою України Закон «Про Державний бюджет України на 2008 рік» та про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів України». З 1 січня 2008 року внесено зміни до українського податкового законодавства.
