According to a report of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (hereinafter “FAS”) posted on its website on 5 August 2008, FAS has begun an analysis of the Russian market for innovative medicines designated for seven principal areas of treatment (myeloleukemia, enzymopathy, pituitary nanism, haemophilia, disseminated sclerosis, mucviscidosis, and transplantation).
