Effective from 5 August 2008, the National Bank of Ukraine has adopted its Regulation "On Electronic Money in Ukraine", which introduces a number of restrictions in respect of issuance and circulation of electronic money in Ukraine. / 5 серпня 2008 року набрало чинності Положення, затверджене Постановою Правління Національного банку України "Про електронні гроші в Україні", яке запроваджує ряд обмежень щодо випуску та обігу електронних грошей в Україні.
