To be effective, intellectual property enforcement often requires close coordination among practitioners in several countries. We have in place international enforcement programs tailored to clients' needs. This includes providing enforcement services through the civil and criminal courts and registering our offices as agents of record for liaison with customs. We also offer clients an innovative, fixed fee border protection program called BorderResponse.
