Munich, 21 April 2008 – Baker & McKenzie provided German legal counsel to iCrossing, a global digital marketing company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona/U.S., on the acquisition of 3GNet GmbH, one of the leading German digital marketing agencies headquartered in Munich. The company offers international search engine optimization, search engine marketing and affiliated marketing management. The terms of the deal are not being disclosed.

The transaction extends iCrossing’s leadership in the U.S. and U.K. into the pan-European market. With this acquisition, iCrossing’s headcount rises to 620 employees in 15 offices in the U.S. and Europe, making it one of the largest independent digital marketing companies. Furthermore, the 3GNet acquisition enlarges iCrossing’s client base – consisting of recognized brands as Epson America, Toyota and The Coca Cola Company. 3GNet clients include Allianz 24, Epson Germany, baby-walz, eBay, easyCredit, Esprit, HSE24, Neckermann, Nokia and O2 Germany. EGNet’s expertise and its broad market coverage in Europe enhance iCrossing’s ability to serve its global clients.
