Chicago, IL, March 20, 2008 - Baker & McKenzie LLP represented Expert Corporation, an Illinois-based company, in connection with a debt restructuring , involving the rescheduling of senior debt in the amount of US$5,250,000.00 and the issuance of an additional US$2,000,000 in subordinated debt.  The lending institutions involved were Fifth Third Bank, an Ohio banking corporation, and Fifth Third Bank (Chicago), a Michigan banking corporation.

Expert Corporation is an Illinois-based company, owned by several European investment funds, that provides emissions solutions and develops front-end modules and structural components for the automotive industry.
