·                     Represented target in Clean Air Act case relating to asbestos exposure.

·                     Represented company and CEO in connection with alleged Clean Water Act violations.

·                     Represented (only on appeal, through a petition for certiorari) alleged criminal violation of the Clean Water Act, RCRA and CERCLA based on the responsible corporate officer doctrine.  U.S. v. Hansen, 2001.
