The New York office has a diversified practice which focuses on both the domestic and international aspects of commercial, corporate and securities, banking and finance, insurance and reinsurance, major projects, intellectual property, and tax matters.
In the more than four decades since its founding, the New York office has grown steadily in the number of clients, partners and scope of its practice. Much of our work involves helping clients achieve results, avoid problems and bringing swift and workable solutions to problems. Projects are staffed as efficiently as possible. Lawyers may work solo on a project or as part of a team on large transactions or major litigation assignments. For example, such teamwork has enabled us to handle a large number of international arbitrations simultaneously.
