We also provide legal advice and support to resort developers in the area of environmental impact permitting, land-use as well as in securing land and water concessions. Our practice group is also a leader in Mexico in the area of climate change, carbon credits, biofuels and renewable energy projects. Finally, we represent many clients in administrative litigation against federal and state agencies.
