ow We Can Help

  • Aviation and aircraft financing - We help aircraft and engines manufacturers, airlines and leasing companies, financiers and guarantors to draft and negotiate lease, sale, purchase and financing agreements and mortgages, and to restructure credits and debts.
  • Banking and financing - We assist you with financial transactions in the local and international markets, including bank loans, credit facilities, syndicated loans and other transactions; negotiation of finance agreements and related collateral and guarantee instruments; and structured finance transactions.

  • Debt restructuring - We help both creditors and debtors restructure debts and reorganize their businesses under Brazil’s Bankruptcy Law. We also represent creditors in negotiations to recover amounts due by debtors in financial distress.
  • Regulatory matters - We help you comply with Brazilian exchange control legislation and Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) regulations, register your transactions and implement your investment operations. We also assist you with the international transfer of reais and Brazilian investments abroad and administrative proceedings before BACEN and the Appellate Council of the National Financial System (CRSFN).
